IMPLEMENTASI TEKNIK KONSELING EKLEKTIK PERILAKU ATTENDING UNTUK MERUBAH KEBIASAAN MEROKOK SISWA IX-D SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 1 TERNATE TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

ABSTRAK. Kasus merokok adalah kasus yang selalu berhubungan dengan kesehatan manusia, berkaitan dengan hubungan sosial siswa, dan masa depan. Masalah rokok merupakan masalah yang sudah menjadi masalah nasional bahkan internasional apalagi jika ditinjau dari segi kesehatan  dapat membunuh seseorang sehingga harus dihentikan atau setidaknya dicegah sedini mungkin.  Ada berbagai alasan sehingga perokok dikalangan remaja ataupun siswa karena ingin coba-coba, faktor gengsi ingin dikatakan maco ataupun gaya,solidaritas teman, ikut-ikutan, sekedar ingin tahu enaknya merokok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui teknik konseling eklektik dengan pendekatan perilaku attending dalam mengentaskan permasalahan perilaku merokok siswa serta meningkatkan kemampuan guru bimbingan konseling dalam membimbing siswa. Pendekatan eklektik tidak hanya menggabungkan dua pendekatan yang sering dipakai, yakni pendekatan langsung atau tidak langsung. Lebih dari itu, pendekatan ini menggabungkan pendekatan-pendekatan lain dalam psikoterapis, diantaranya psikoanalisis dengan behavioristik, atau terapi-kognitif dengan pendekatan terpusat pada pribadi (person centered).Tahapan Konseling dengan pendekatan Eklektik Attending  dalam bimbingan konseling untuk mengurangi kebiasaan merokok siswa di sekolah dan lingkungan sekolah mempunyai tahapan-tahapan kegiatan seperti :  tahap eksplorasi masalah, tahap perumusan masalah, tahap identifikasi alternatif, tahap perencanaan tahap  tindakan atau komitmen, serta  tahap penilaian atau umpan balik.instrumen penelitian terdiri atas kuesioner dan wawancara. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa  sebanyak 6  orang. Penelitian dengan konseling eklektik dengan pendekatan perilaku attending dapat menurunkan kebiasaan merokok siswa secara signifikan.

ABSTRACT. The case of smoking is a case that is always related to human health, related to the social relations of students, and the future. The problem of cigarettes is a problem that has become a national and even international problems especially if viewed from the aspect of health can kill a person so that should be stopped or at least prevented as early as possible. There are various reasons so that smokers among teenagers or students to want to try, prestige factors like to say maco or style, solidarity of friends, follow-follow-up, just want to know the taste of smoking. This research is an action research conducted for two cycles. The purpose of this study is to know eclectic counseling techniques with attending behavioral approach in eradicating students' smoking behavior problems and improving the ability of counseling teachers in guiding students. The eclectic approach not only combines two frequently used approaches: direct or indirect approaches. Moreover, this approach incorporates other approaches in psychotherapists, such as behavioristic psychoanalysis, or cognitive-therapy with a person centered approach. Stages of Counseling with Eclectic Attending approach in counseling to reduce smoking habits of students in school and the school environment has stages of activities such as: the exploration phase of the problem, the stage of problem formulation, the stage of alternative identification, the stage of action stage of action or commitment, and the stage of assessment or feedback. Research instrument consists of questionnaires and interviews. The subjects of the study were 6 students. Research with eclectic counseling with attending behavioral approach can significantly decrease the students' smoking habits.
