JMS: Jurnal Manajemen Sinergi, with ISSN: 2354-855X (online) and ISSN: 2354-855X (offline).
JMS: Jurnal Manajemen Sinergi invites the submission of scientific manuscripts in Management and Business, covering key topics such as Production, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource Management (HRM). The Production section includes operational management, efficiency, and supply chain management, while Marketing focuses on marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and branding. Finance covers corporate financial management, investment, and risk analysis, whereas HRM discusses recruitment, training, and leadership. In addition to these main topics, JMS also accommodates manuscripts related to Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, and Business Innovation with a Sustainability Approach.
JMS is published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Universitas Khairun Ternate, and is issued twice a year (April and October). All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by both internal and external editorial teams and reviewers through a double-blind peer review process.
JMS is indexed and accredited SINTA 5 by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research & Technology under Decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024, regarding the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals for the 2024 Period II.
As part of continuous improvement, a New Author Guidelines and Article Template have been provided to assist authors in preparing their manuscripts correctly.

ONLINE MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Before submitting a manuscript, all authors are required to read and understand the Author Guidelines and Article Template carefully to ensure compliance with the prescribed format and structure.
All manuscripts must follow the guidelines and templates and provide valid contact information (email and mobile number) for communication purposes. Manuscripts must be submitted online through the Open Journal System (OJS).
