This study aims to determine the pattern of farmers' attitudes towards Bali cattle assistance from the BLM Program in Bumi Restu Village, Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency and the factors that influence age, education and the level of livestock control. This research method is observation and interviews with purposive sampling. The number of samples is 24 respondents from two groups. Collection of primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the pattern of farmer attitudes towards Bali cattle assistance from the BLM program in Bumi Restu village was 37.5% good, 41.67% neutral and 20.83% bad. Meanwhile, in terms of the participation of each attitude component, the cognition component was 70.45%, the affective component was 68.27% and the conation component category was 67.36%. The factors of age, education and livestock control have the same effect on the attitude of farmers in receiving assistance from the BLM Bali cattle program in Bumi Restu Village, Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency.
