Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Tani Kacang Panjang (Vigne sinensis L.) di Desa Keranji Mancal Kecamatan Sengah Temila Kabupaten Landak

This research aims to find out what kind of long bean farming strategies farmers have carried out to increase their long bean production. The research was conducted for 3 months in Keranji Mancal Village, Sengah Temila District. The sample in this study were 30 farmers who were all farmers who plant the long bean. The results of the research using the key success factors (FKK) are based on the highest Total Weight Value, from each category, namely Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, it is found that the strength of FKK in this study is the number of farmers. Then FKK's weakness in this research is land area. Furthermore, FKK opportunities are the role of agricultural extension officers. Lastly, for FKK, the threat in this study is the increase in seed prices where the increase in seed prices can lead to a decrease in people's purchasing power because this affects farmers' operational costs. Based on the total weighted value (TNB) of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats it is at S = 2.39, W = 3.92, O = 3.23, and T = 2.73. Then coordinate point III is obtained, the strategy of a long bean farming business is facing a large market opportunity, but on the other hand, there are several internal constraints. The strategy's focus is to minimize internal problems to seize better opportunities. The results of the study also found that the best long-bean farming strategy was to utilize the role of extension workers in the village.
