Abstrak

Desain Science Park Sofifi ini merupakan respon desain untuk menjawab Kebutuhan fasilitas kota dalam rangka mendorong pendidikan dan ekonomi kreatif sehingga Maluku Utara perlu menyediakan ruang edukasi yang inovatif bagi masyarakat kota Sofifi sebagai sentral ibu kota Maluku Utara kedepan sebagai responsif kemajuan zaman. Pendekatan dalam rancangan objek Science Park Provinsi Maluku Utara Yaitu pendekatan Arsitektur Futuristic. Konkretisasi desain sebagai hasil dari proses perancangan diatas terdiri dari layout, denah, tampak, potongan, perspektif, dan gambar tambahan lainnya. Dimana Architecture futuristic diterapkan pada sirkulasi utama objek Science Park. architecture diterapkan pada sirkulasi yang didesain terpusat. Selain ruang luar dan ruang dalam, penerapan tema juga terhadap titik-titik keputusan (landmark, signage, vegetasi, hardscape) untuk membuat pengunjung tidak tersesat dan menemukan tujuan mereka.

Abstract

The design of the Sofifi Science Park is a design response to answer the needs of city facilities in order to encourage education and the creative economy so that North Maluku needs to provide innovative educational spaces for the people of Sofifi City as the center of the capital of North Maluku in the future as it is responsive to the times. The approach in designing the North Maluku Province Science Park object is the Futuristic Architecture approach. Design concretization as a result of the above design process consists of layout, plans, views, cuts, perspectives and other additional images. Where futuristic architecture is applied to the main circulation of the Science Park object. architecture is applied to centrally designed circulation. Apart from outdoor and indoor spaces, the application of themes is also applied to decision points (landmarks, signage, vegetation, hardscape) to ensure visitors do not get lost and find their destination.
