Abstrak

Kehadiran Oseanarium di pulau Tobotobo sebagai fasilitas rekreasi dan pariwisata yang bersifat alam dan pengetahuan/ pendidikan, memberi masukan besar bagi perkembangan serta kemajuan fasilitas rekreasi dan pendapatan daerah, juga membawa dampak positif bagi masyarakat, untuk dapat mengetahui potensi kekayaan biota laut Indonesia. Dengan begirtu, pengembangan wisata ini merupakan salah satu alternatif yang diharapkan mendorong baik potensi ekonomi daerah maupun upaya-upaya pelestarian tersebut. Pengembangan wisata ini diupayakan mampu memberikan konstribusi pada pendapatan daerah, membuka peluang usaha dan kesempatan kerja serta sekaligus berfungsi menjaga dan melestarikan kekayaan biota laut Indonesia.

Abstract

Ternate City is one of the cities in North Maluku Province which has the prospect of developing bigger than other cities in North Maluku Province. Because of that, every year its development always increases. As one of the trade and service cities in North Maluku, which is in this development stage, it attracts outside investors to develop their businesses in Ternate City. Therefore, to support activities and business scale in the area, of course, supporting facilities are needed, namely office facilities which are centers for information management, decision-making, and business policies. With limited rental offices and energy sources in Ternate City and research results showing that offices in Ternate City are under thermal comfort and use a lot of air conditioning so they consume a lot of energy, on the other hand, energy sources are limited so buildings are designed with energy saving and smart building concepts that can optimize Energy use in buildings.
