ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN MAHASISWA MATEMATIKA SEMESTER III DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL STATISTIK DASAR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal statistik dasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 orang, sedangkan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalag random smpling, dengan mengambil 25% dari juumlah polpulasi, kaka sampelnya sebanyak 14 orang. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan mahasiswa matematika dalam menyelesaikan soal persamaan kuadrat dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 5 mahasiswa atau 28.57 % kualifikasi memuaskan yakni mampu menyelesaikan keseluruhan soal, 3 mahasiswa atau 21,43 % dalam kualifikasi baik, 1 mahasiswa atau 7,14% dalam kualifikasi cukup, 2 mahasiswa atau 14,28% dalam kualifikasi kurang, 3 mahasiswa atau 21,43% dalam kualifikasi gagal.
