ANALISIS KESULITAN GURU SD PESERTA PLPG KOTA TERNATE TAHUN 2016 DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL UJIAN KOMPETENSI NASIONAL (UKN)

ABSTRAK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiagnostik dan menganalisis kesulitan guru SD peserta PLPG dalam menyelesaikan soal UKN bidang matematika. Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan kemampuan, mendiagnostik dan mengetahui bentuk kesulitan, serta mengajukan solusi alternatif mengatasi kesulitan guru SD Kota Ternate peserta PLPG tahun 2016 dalam menyelesaikan soal UKN bidang matematika. Terdiagnostiknya kemampuan dan kesulitan guru SD peserta PLPG dalam menyelesaikan soal UKN bidang matematika memberikan informasi penting bagi upaya menemukan solusi alternatif dan peningkatan kualitas gurumatematika disekolah dasar (SD). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap:penyiapan instrumen tes, mediagnostik kesulitan, dan mengungkapkan solusi alternatif mengatasi kesulitan guru SD menyelesaikan soal UKN bidang matematika Hasil Penelitian yaitu kemampuan guru SD Kota Ternate peserta Pendidikan Latihan Guru Profesi (PLPG) tahun 2016 dalam menyelesaikan soal UKN bidang matematika adalah rendah, karena  mengalami kesulitan konsep, prinsip, fakta dan skill dengan bentuk kesulitan  adalah konsep, prinsip, fakta dan skill. Solusi alternative adalah melakukan pembinaan untuk penyegaran maupun latihan soal matematika melalui kelompok kajian matematika.

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this research is to diagnose and analyze the difficulties of elementary school teachers of PLPG participants in solving the problem of UKN in the field of mathematics. This research seeks to reveal the ability, diagnose and know the form of difficulties, and proposed an alternative solution to overcome the difficulties of teachers of Ternate City Ternate participants PLPG 2016 in solving the problem of UKN field of mathematics. The diagnostic ability and difficulty of elementary school teachers of PLPG participants in solving the problem of UKN in the field of mathematics provide important information for efforts to find alternative solutions and improving the quality of elementary school mathematics teachers. The research was conducted in three stages: the preparation of test instruments, diagnosing the difficulties, and expressing alternative solutions to overcome the difficulties of elementary school teachers solving the problem of UKN in the field of mathematics Research Results namely the ability of elementary school teachers Ternate Municipal Teacher Training Professional Training (PLPG) in 2016 in completing the problem of UKN in the field of mathematics is low, because the difficulty of concepts, principles, facts and skills with difficulties are concepts, principles, facts and skills. An alternative solution is to coaching for refreshing and exercising math problems through a group of math studies.
