ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PAEDAGOGIK MAHASISWA PGSD UNIVERSITAS KHAIRUN DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MULTIETNIS

ABSTRAK. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa masih perlunya peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Khairun. Secara umum Mahasiswa calon guru masih lemah dalam penguasaan teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik, kemampuan merancang pembelajaran yang mendidik dan kemampuan merancang pembelajaran yang dapat memfasilitasi pengembangan potensi peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap yang saling berkaitan yaitu, tahap penelitian survey dan tahap penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian survei dilakukan sebagai need assessment sebagai acuan untuk tahap penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian pengembangan dimaksud untuk mengembagkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa silabus, RPP, LKS, dan bahan ajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis multietnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi paedagogik mahasiswa PGSD Unkhair sebagai calon guru Sekolah Dasar dapat kategori tinggi sebesar 52 % dan kategori rendah sebanyak 48%. Selanjutnya untuk Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran berbasis multietnis oleh mahasiswa PGSD Unkhair sebagai calon guru Sekolah Dasar dapat dikategorikan layak sebesar 54,65% dan tidak layak 45,34%.

ABSRACT. Pursuant to result of requirement analysis indicate that still need improvement of student competence of student of PGSD FKIP Universitas Khairun. In general, prospective teachers are still weak in the mastery of learning theories and principles of educational learning, the ability to design educational learning and the ability to design learning that can facilitate the development of potential learners to actualize various potentials. This research consists of two interconnected phases, namely the research phase of the survey and the research stage of the study. A survey of research is undertaken as a need assessment as a reference for the development research stage. Development research is intended to develop learning tools in the form of a syllabus, RPP, LKS, and teaching materials using a multiethnic-based learning model. The results showed that the pedagogical competence of PGSD Unkhair students as prospective elementary school teachers can be high category of 52% and low category as much as 48%. Furthermore, for the development of multi-based learning tools by PGSD Unkhair students as prospective elementary school teachers can be categorized as worthy of 54.65% and not worth 45.34%.
