PERAN MOTIVASI BEPRESTASI SEBAGAI MEDIATOR DUKUNGAN SOSIAL GURU DAN TEMAN TERHADAP KETERIKATAN PADA SISWA TINGKAT MENENGAH ATAS

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan guru dan dukungan teman sebaya terhadap keterikatan siswa dengan motivasi berprestasi sebagai variabel mediator. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa MAN 1 Lampung Timur kelas 11 dan 12 sejumlah 558 siswa. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional sampling. Pengumpulan data pada dilakukan menggunakan skala yang disusun peneliti menggunakan model semantik diferensial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS V.3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi berprestasi memediasi pengaruh dukungan teman sebaya terhadap keterikatan siswa dengan p-value 0,042 dan original sampel 0,239. Motivasi berprestasi tidak memediasi pengaruh dukungan guru terhadap keterikatan siswa dengan p-value 0,210 dan t-test 1,256. Motivasi berprestasi memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keterikatan siswa dengan p-value 0,000 dan original sampel 0,717. Dukungan guru tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keterikatan siswa dengan p-value 0,128 dan t-test 1,525. Dukungan teman sebaya tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keterikatan siswa dengan p-value 0,158 dan t-test 1,414. Dukungan teman sebaya memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi berprestasi dengan p-value 0,029 dan Original Sample 0,334. Dukungan guru tidak memiliki hubungan langsung terhadap motivasi berprestasi dengan p-value 0,221 dan t-test 1,226
