Between childhood and adulthood, adolescence is a stage of transition. Teenagers go through development throughout this time to become emotionally, socially, and mentally mature. Teenagers who don't get help will be confused and end up making their own decisions; frequently, many teens engage in antisocial behavior. Juvenile delinquency is one example of deviant behavior. Both internal and external influences in teenagers might have an impact on the delinquency they conduct. Brawls between students continue to be a common and pervasive kind of criminal activity in Ternate.

Junior High School SMP N. 1 Ternate City participates in community service. The reason the wrestling team chose this service area was due to the frequent incidents of fights between students at SMP N. 1. Ternate City. Apart from that, fighting between students is a (real) reality of moral degradation (deterioration of character) for the next generation of the Indonesian nation. Fights between students in Ternate City have become a familiar issue in the public's ears. Likewise with the mass media, coverage of fights between students always colors the news pages, both in print and online media. Brawls between students became so widespread that the police identified areas that were prone to brawls between students. Collaboration between various parties in forming an Anti-Brawl student task force to prevent and minimize the occurrence of fights between students is very necessary. This collaboration can be established between schools, parents, the community and the local police.

Socialization is carried out through counseling (presentation of material) and discussions. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the conditions of partners before and after program implementation using interview and observation methods. After that, a report is prepared for subsequent publication
