Analysis Of Village Fund Allocation Managemen and Its Impact On The Develomen Of Loid Village, North Bacan West District. .

The objectives of this research are (1) To understand the Institutional Management of Fund Allocations in Loid Village, North Bacan West District, South Halmahera Regency. (2) To understand the implementation of Valage Fund Allocation (ADD) for the development of Loid Village, North West Bacan District, South Halmahera Regency. (3) To understand the use and supervision of village Fund Allocation (ADD) for the Development of Loid Village, North West Bacan District, South Halmahera Regency. The test tool used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique and is measured using microsoft Excel. The research results show that (1) The Plainning stage for village Fund allocation Management (ADD) in Loid Village does not apply the principles of participation and transparency (2) The implementation stage of the Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) program in North Bacan Barat District does not apply transparency and accountability. (3) ADD accountability is very necessary to fulfill the responsibilities communities and the interests of the people of the village govemment.
