This study aims to analyze the direction of causality in the money supply and inflation in North Maluku. The data used in this study is time series, from 2003 to 2013. Using the Granger causality model, this study found empirical evidence that the absence of a causality relationship between inflation variables with the money supply, both one direction and vice versa.
