DAMPAK LUKA TUSUK AREA DADA TERHADAP KONDUKTIVITAS OTOT JANTUNG : STUDI LITERATUR

Sistem konduktivitas jantung merupakan sistem yang berfungsi menghasilkan impuls listrik guna membantu memompa darah dari jantung ke seluruh tubuh dan sistem konduksi jantung ini memiliki struktur – struktur penting yang menjadikan proses konduksi berjalan secara normal. Luka tusuk merupakan luka tajam yang dapat disebut juga luka tembus dengan mekanismenya merusak jaringan integritas yang ada di bawahnya lalu apabila terdapat luka tusuk terutama pada area jantung dapat berakibat fatal yang menyebabkan tingginya angka kematian karena cedera tesebut. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari luka tusuk terhadap struktur konduktivitas jantung dan dikaitkan dengan gejala yang timbul. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini yaitu menggunakan studi literature review melalui tiga database yaitu Pubmed, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect dari tahun 2014 hingga 2024. Didapatkan hasil sepuluh artikel, dari kesepuluh artikel tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa luka tusuk berdampak secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada sistem konduktivitas otot jantung yang menimbulkan keabnormalan pada elektrokardiogram, ketidakstabilan hemodinamik karena penurunan fungsi jantung, dan henti jantung mendadak yang timbul akibat adanya aritmia.
