PT Dagymoi Properti Indonesia as a housing business actor in Ternate City in every housing marketing activity to consumers mostly provides housing advertising promotions through print media (newspapers) and social media (Facebook, WA Grub and others). Factors Obstacles to Housing Consumer Protection in Ternate City is the legal structure factor, namely the absence of a consumer settlement agency in the Region, namely the non-governmental consumer protection agency in North Maluku Province both in the City and Regency, as well as the legal awareness factor that has become a culture for housing business actors. PT. Dagymoi Properti Indonesia usually responds to consumer complaints in order to improve the condition of housing buildings. It is necessary to establish a non-governmental consumer protection agency (LPKSM) in North Maluku Province at both the City and Regency levels, so that the housing business actor of PT. Dagymoi Properti Indonesia is not against the rights and interests of housing consumers.
