PELATIHAN PENULISAN NASKAH SURAT DINAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BAHASA INDONESIA BAKU DI SD NEGERI 56 KOTA TERNATE

This training activity aims to improve the ability of educators and education personnel at SD Negeri 56 Kota Ternate in writing official letters that are in accordance with standard Indonesian language rules. There are still many cases of inappropriate use of language in writing official letters in the school environment, both in terms of structure, grammar, and writing format. The training was carried out for two days using lecture, discussion, and direct practice methods. The material presented includes the basic principles of official letters, the structure of official letters, and the use of standard Indonesian according to the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI). The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the format and use of appropriate language in official letters. This activity is expected to contribute to improving the quality of administration and official communication in the school environment.
