Independent Curriculum is a curriculum with diverse intracurricular learning where the content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. Teachers have the freedom to choose various teaching tools so that learning can be adjusted to the learning needs and interests of students. Independent Curriculum provides flexibility for educators to create quality learning that is in accordance with the needs and learning environment of students. In the Independent Curriculum, character education can be instilled through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) and inserted into learning materials. Character education is very important to produce intelligent and characterful students, so that they can answer the challenges of the development of the times. Training in Compiling the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project P5 SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate through the Lecture and Discussion method. The speaker provides counseling through lectures on appropriate technology education in waste processing for students after which participants and speakers hold discussions while the material is taking place or after the material is finished before the implementation of the activity.
