ANALISIS KEPUASAN DAN MOTIFASI PETERNAK TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA PETERNAK AYAM BROILER DI PROVINSI RIAU

This research aims to analyze the breeder's satisfaction and motivation on the business performance of broiler breeders in Riau Province. The research was conducted in Riau Province (Kampar District and Pekanbaru City) from July 2019 - March 2020. The research used survey method and the sampling was carried out by census for all contract farming breeders. Then data analyzed using Likert scale and SEM. The results of the study are:  1). Motivation variable affects the breeders performance variable by 0.398 units. The most dominant indicator affecting motivation (X1) is X1.1 (the company policy) of 1,000 units. Indicators of company policies in motivating chicken breeders are more directed towards partnership regulations, partnership agreements, and partnership terms. 2). The satisfaction variable affects the breeder behavior variable by 0.363 units. The indicator that most dominantly affects satisfaction (X2) is X2.1 (Company Services) amounting to 1,323 units. Breeders feel the impact of the services provided by companies, the form of service is the existence of farm instructors from companies to assist breeder in broiler production processes. While the performance variable, the dominant indicator in influencing the construct of breeder business performance is Y1.5 (Good communication) of 1,166 units, that the communication relationship between breeders and companies is running well and smoothly.
