Editorial Announcement

Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,

We are pleased to inform you that starting from Volume 23 Issue 1, 2025, our journal will implement an "In Progress Issue" publishing model. This means that articles which have completed the peer-review and editing process will be published online immediately, without waiting for the complete issue to be finalized.

This decision aims to accelerate the dissemination of scholarly work, enhance visibility, and provide timely access to new research findings. Each accepted article will be assigned a DOI and page number upon publication and will be fully citable.

We believe this model will benefit both authors and readers by reducing publication delays and fostering a more dynamic academic exchange.
