This study aims to explain the effect of user involvement in system development, user education and training programs, and top management support on the performance of accounting information systems. This research was conducted from July to August 2021 using quantitative methods. The data types used are primary data and secondary data—techniques for collecting data using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of this study suggest that systematic system development is carried out at least once a year, so that system performance is optimal, so user involvement in system development, user education and training programs, and support from top management can increase. Hospitals must continue to pay attention to system users to create better SIA performance, and further research can add to BLU research sites not only in hospitals.

Key words: User involvement in system development, user education and training programs, and top management support
