KARAKTERISTIK FISIKA KIMIA MADU HUTAN DESA TERASA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas madu hutan desa Terasa berdasarkan karakteristik fisika-kimia dan kandungan mineral. Karakteristik fisika-kimia seperti kadar air, kadar abu, daya hantar listrik, keasaman, pH dilakukan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kadar air, kadar abu, daya hantar listrik, keasaman dan pH dari madu Terasa berturut - turut adalah 22,7%, 0,59%, 0,592
mS/cm, 28,026 meq/kg dan 4,85.

This Research aimed to investigate the quality of the honey from the Terasa Village based on the physico-chemical characteristics and the mineral content. Physico-chemical characterization, such as the water level, ash level, electrical conductivity, acidity, pH was carried out. Result showed
that the water level, the ash level, the electrical conductivity, acidity and the pH were were 22.7%, 0,59%, 0.592 mS/cm, 28.026 meq/kg and 4.85,respectively
