Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari dan menjelaskan bagaimana dinamika perambatan panas yang terjadi pada pusat bagea kenari yang berbentuk tabung. Proses pengeringan/pemanasan dengan suhu tinggi secara matematika dapat dimodelkan ke dalam persamaan diferensial parsial yaitu persamaan panas dengan syarat awal dan syarat batas.
