This research aim to analyse the factors influencing value of mobility of passenger and goods at port of ferry Ternate. Analyzer used in this research is method of Linear Regression of Berganda.Hasil of research menunjukan that, variable trip / schedule of sea transport and service ability have an effect on the signifikan to value of mobility of passenger and goods of at port of ferry Ternate. Improvement Trip/ schedule of sea transport is solution to make balance to the increase of usage of transportation service by society and increase the amount of laboring officer can better meni ngkatkan service image so that usage of service of transportation of ferry ship also mount and improve the mobility of passenger and goods. While variable of budget of physical facility do not have an effect on to value of mobility of passenger and goods at port of ferry Ternate. Because reason of allocation of budget of faslitas of port physical which do not flatten in each year so that do not have an effect on to mobility of passenger and goods
