Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Penyerahan belum diterbitkan sebelumnya, atau sedang dalam pertimbangan jurnal lain (atau sebuah penjelasan belum disediakan dalam komentar kepada editor).
  • File naskah dalam format file dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, atau WordPerfect.
  • Ketika tersedia, URLs untuk referensi telah disediakan.
  • Teks 1 spasi; font 12; italic; tidak digaribawahi (kecuali alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, figur, dan tabel yang ditempatkan di dalam teks pada poin yang tepat, jangan di akhir.
  • Teks yang mematuhi persyaratan mengenai perpustakaan dan gaya bahasa digambarkan secara garis besar di Petunjuk Penulis, yang akan ditemukan dalam halaman Tentang Kami.
  • Jika penerimaan untuk bagian peer-review dari jurnal, instruksinya terdapat di Memastikan Reviewer Anonim telah diikuti.

Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of the Journal Of Science and Engineering (JOSAE) must be:

  1. Written in Indonesia or English
  2. The length of the submitted paper maximal 8 pages.
  3. Use a tool such as Mendeley, Zotero or EndNote for reference management and formatting, or manual citation, and choose IEEE style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Journal Of Science and Engineering (JOSAE) paper template

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present following the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper should describe the research aims, method/model, and objective, without Acronym or abbreviation
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has 150 to 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a Background (2-3 Sentences), Research Methodology (2-3 Sentences), and Results (Minimal 8 Sentences), and the Conclusions (2-3 Sentences).
  3. Section structure. A full article usually follows a standard structure: 1.Introduction, 2. The Comprehensive Theoretical Basis and/or the Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional), 3. Method, 4. Results and Discussion, and 5. Conclusion.
  4. References. Expect a minimum 15 references and maximun of 40 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers. The references must be up-to-date references (10 years back).

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. The copyright of the accepted for publication articles shall be assigned to Journal Of Science and Engineering (JOSAE) as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the rights to publish articles in various forms (including reprints).
  2. Journal Of Science and Engineering (JOSAE) maintain the publishing rights of the published articles.
  3. Authors are permitted to republish or disseminate published articles by sharing the link/DOI of the article at Journal Of Science and Engineering (JOSAE) . Authors are allowed to use their articles for any legal purposes deemed necessary without written permission from Journal Of Science and Enggineering (JOSAE) with an acknowledgment of initial publication to this journal.
