ABDOMINAL MUSCLE EXERCISE MENGURANGI NYERI PADA KONDISI NON SPESIFIK LOW BACK PAIN

Low back pain (LBP) merupakan kondisi muskuloskeletal yang ditimbulkan dari beberapa aktivitas tubuh yang kurang baik. Penatalaksanaan fisioterapi yang digunakan yaitu latihan abdominal muscle exercise pada kondisi low back pain. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh abdominal muscle exercise dalam menurunkan nyeri pada penderita non specific low back pain. Penelitian  experimental pretest – post test design. Dengan populasi 28 orang yang memenuhi kriteria ekslusi dan inklusi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang dilaksanakan di praktek mandiri RMC physiotherapy Malang pada bulan Maret-Juni 2022. Penderita LBP diukur melalui visual analogue scale (VAS) sebelum dan sesudah treatment fisoterapi, yakni; pemberian gerakan abdominal muscle exercise drawin, draw-in (prone), halfplank, side-plank, obligue sit-up serta straight sit-up setiap 3 kali seminggu selama 1 bulan.  Menggunakan uji hipotesis Wilcoxon dengan hasil nilai median VAS; (1) pre sebanyak 6,65 ; (2) post sebanyak 5,75; dan (3) nilai P sebanyak 0,00. Maka dapat disimpulkan pemberian abdominal muscle exercise efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri pada kasus low back pain
