Pengaruh salinitas terhadap pertumbuhan Lobster batik (Panulirus longipes femoristriga)

Lobster batik (Panulirus longipes famostriga) adalah salah satu jenis lobster yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi, namun informasi tentang budidaya dan aspek biologi yang belum banyak diketahui. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2019-Januari 2020, bertempat di Balai Benih Udang, Mata, Kota Kendari. Hewan uji yang digunakan adalah lobster batik (P.l. femoristriga) dengan berat awal 227±32.09 g. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancang Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari salinitas uji 28.31 dan 34‰ dengan masing-masing 15 ulangan individu yang ditandai dengan tali tis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa salinitas pemeliharaan berpengaruh nyata pada parameter pertumbuhan mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik (P<0.05) dimana nilai tertinggi  pada salinitas 31‰ yaitu yakni pertumbuhan mutlak 49.27±25.87 g, laju pertumbuhan spesifik 0.21±0.10 %/hari dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup  100±0.0%.
