PENDAMPINGAN PENYUSUNAN P5 DALAM MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA BAGI GURU-GURU IPS MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI KOTA TERNATE

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum requires teachers' understanding and readiness in designing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Learning (P5). This research or mentoring activity aims to assist Social Sciences (IPS) subject teachers at the State Junior High School (MTsN) in Ternate City in compiling P5 devices systematically and contextually. The method used is a participatory approach through training, focus group discussions, and practice in compiling project modules. The results of the activity show an increase in teachers' understanding of the concepts and principles of P5, as well as their ability to compile project plans and modules based on themes that are relevant to local conditions. With this mentoring, IPS teachers become more prepared and confident in implementing the Independent Curriculum effectively in the classroom. This activity recommends the need for ongoing and collaborative mentoring to ensure the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum in madrasah.
