Land registration is a government effort to provide certainty and legal protection for land rights to the community. One of the programs implemented is the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL), which aims to accelerate the legalization process of community land assets. This study aims to analyze the form of legal protection provided through the PTSL program in Sango Village, North Ternate City District, and to identify the obstacles faced in its implementation. The method used is an empirical legal approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that PTSL provides strong legal protection through the issuance of land title certificates, thereby preventing disputes. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as lack of public understanding, overlapping ownership claims, and limited resources in the field. Therefore, it is necessary to increase socialization and synergy between related institutions in order to realize comprehensive and equitable land registration.
