Author Guidelines
AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Authors must read and fully understand the guidelines before submitting a manuscript. Manuscripts that do not comply with the following guidelines will be rejected. The journal will only review manuscripts submitted through the JMS Journal OJS (Open Journal System) platform.
Guidelines:
- Authors must understand the Focus and Scope of research, which includes Environmental Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.
- Authors must download and review the Article Template from the JMS Journal OJS before submitting their manuscript.
- All manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English (either American or British style, but consistency must be maintained).
- Submitted manuscripts must not exceed 20% similarity according to the plagiarism checker.
- Upon submission, authors must pay an initial review fee of Rp. 100,000 (stating the manuscript title, author’s name, attaching proof of payment, and sending it to the journal’s email). Without this payment, the manuscript will not be reviewed. If payment is not received within seven days, the manuscript will be rejected.
- Notification regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection after the initial review fee payment will be sent via email.
- Resubmitted manuscripts will be considered new submissions and must pay another initial review fee.
- Manuscripts that do not comply with the Article Template will be rejected and the author will be informed via email.
- Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted to OJS within the specified deadline. Manuscripts submitted beyond the deadline will be considered unprocessed and rejected.
- Revised manuscripts must be modified according to reviewer comments. Incomplete revisions will be rejected.
- Previously accepted manuscripts will be informed for final proofreading. Authors must pay a proofreading fee of Rp. 500,000. Without this payment, the manuscript will not be processed.
- A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued after the proofreading fee is paid. Authors must also pay a publication fee of Rp. 250,000 within the specified deadline. If the payment is not made within the deadline, the manuscript will be considered unprocessed.
- All manuscripts accepted for publication in the current edition will be notified via email.

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously is it before another journal another for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor)
- The submission file is in Open Office, or Microsoft Word document file format
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided
- The next single-spaced; uses a 12 point font; employs italic, rather than underling (except wit URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the next at the appropriate points, rather than at the end

- If submitting to peer-reviewed section of the journal, the introduction in ensuring blind review have been followed
