This study aims to determine the effect of the SIRI (Stimulation, Investigation, Review, and Inference) learning model on student learning activities regarding the Excretory System material in class XI at SMAN 1 Gowa. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group. The population consisted of 361 students, while the sample included 72 students, categorized into two classes: XI.7, which served as the SIRI model class with 36 students, and XI.9, which was designated as the control class with 36 students. The research instruments included learning activity observation sheets, student worksheets, teaching modules, and student character measurement sheets based on siri' cultural values. The data were examined using descriptive and inferential statistics with an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the learning activities of students in the SIRI model class were categorized as very active at 86.11%, while the control class was classified as active at 72.86%. The t-test in this study showed a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that the SIRI model influenced the learning process. The findings of this study indicate that the SIRI model increases student learning activities. Thus, this model can be a reference for educators in choosing the right learning model and provide a basis for further research focusing on improving learning methodology.
