MODEL BIAYA PERJALANAN KERJA ANTAR PULAU DI PROVINSI MALUKU UTARA

Abstract


Kedudukan kota Sofifi (Pulau Halmahera) sebagai pusat pemerintahan dengan penyebaran penduduk yang tidak merata sehingga menyebabkan kepadatan penduduk di daerah bervariasi dimana sebagian besar kelompok pekerja (ASN) berdomisili di Pulau Ternate.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan biaya perjalanan yang bersifat perjalanan antar pulau dari kota Ternate ke kota Sofifi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan model regresi. Melalui pendekatan ini, utilitas dan biaya perjalanan dapat dimodelkan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan survei wawancara terhadap populasi perjalanan dari Kota Ternate ke kota Sofifi. Survei ini berbasis kueisioner yang memuat mengenai variabel-variabel sosio-demografi individu dan karakteristik perjalanan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran tentang karakteristik perjalanan kerja dan model biaya perjalanan kerja antar pulau di Provinsi Maluku Utara.
