About the Journal
Jurnal Scientific Management is an academic, blind peer-reviewed, and open-access journal published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Khairun University, focusing on current issues in business management. Jurnal Scientific Management aims to bridge the gap between business management research and actual business situations. Jurnal Scientific Management is published three times a year (September, January, and May). Jurnal Scientific Management covers all areas of Management and Business, including: Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Operations Management, etc. Jurnal Scientific Management publishes empirical and non-empirical articles (quantitative, qualitative, conceptual, theory-driven, literature reviews, and case studies) that examine contemporary management and business issues.
